INVITATION

    Get an invite.

Capwave is invitation-only while each firm gets set up properly. Three ways in.

    01
    Book a demo.

Thirty minutes of the live product. Your invite follows the demo, with a set-up call the same week.

    Book a demo
    02
    Ask a current member.

Every firm on Capwave can invite a peer firm. If someone you know runs on it, ask them to invite you. Vouched firms skip the line.

    03
    Get an invite.

Work email and role. Thirty seconds, no card. Invites go out in small batches, and firms with live deal flow and a real inbox to connect go first.

    WHY THE INVITE

Capwave runs on your firm's own inbox, calendar and meetings, so I only take firms I can set up properly: your thesis loaded, your portfolio mapped, a person on the call, first brief the next morning. That is how you get the most out of it from day one, and it is how everything you see was built, with firms like yours. Firms with live deal flow go first. Ask in thirty seconds; if your firm is a fit, you'll hear from us fast.

    QUESTIONS

    Quick answers.

    How do I get in?

Three ways in. Book a demo, and your invite follows it with a set-up call and your first brief the next morning. Ask a current member to invite you, and you skip the line. Or get an invite through the form, and I'll let you know when there's room.

    How does pricing work?

$200 per seat per month, billed monthly, cancel anytime, every agent on every plan. Firm-wide plans for larger funds are priced in a conversation.

Do I have to replace my current stack?

Not on day one. I start alongside what you run today, reading what your CRM and notetaker record. Over time the work they were doing lives in me, and when you consolidate, one export-import brings your history over: contacts, deals, notes, and sources, in the right places.

    What do you connect to?

Your inbox, calendar, meeting transcripts (Granola or Fireflies), data rooms, DocSend links, your firm's own intake page, and Slack. Every deal and LP email gets intelligence, and the relationship graph builds itself from them. Texts and LinkedIn are next: deals don't stay in email, and neither will I.

How is founder and investor data kept separate?

Capwave for investors and Capwave for founders are fully siloed by design. Pipelines never cross sides and no data leaks between them.

Can I see it before I join?

Yes. Book a thirty-minute walkthrough on the demo page: configured around your portfolio, not a template.
